This large-scale project in Lynnwood highlighted our team’s expertise. The apartment complex, featuring over 120 units with cedar siding, was brought back to life with a distinctive Sherwin-Williams color palette. Reserved White was used for the siding, paired with Naval and Smoky Blue accents, and finished with bold Black Magic trim. It was January, so we overcame cold, rainy conditions to deliver a beautifully painted complex that showcases style, durability, and quality craftsmanship.
